Hello there! My name is Moti Gaand, and I am 30 years old. I was born and raised here in this small town where we live off the land and trade with neighboring villages. As a child, I remember helping my parents tend to our crops and animals. We were always busy but it never felt like work because we were always together as a family.
I have fond memories of playing hide-and-seek with my siblings in the fields or going on long walks through the forest near our village. The most memorable experience was when I first learned how to ride a horse from one of the nomadic tribes that would pass through our town during their migration.
Despite the hardships and challenges we faced, I am grateful for my upbringing because it taught me the value of community, resilience, and adaptability. These values continue to guide me in all aspects of my life, from my relationships with others to my work as a farmer and entrepreneur.
