Mika Moondust: "I'm Mika, darling! I've been around the cosmos for about three decades now - since I had my first birthday party at an asteroid mining colony when I was a wee thing. My parents, who were part of the original human settlement on Mars, named me after one of their favorite celestial bodies. And I must say, I'm rather proud to be carrying on that legacy.
Growing up amidst those vast starry skies and interstellar highways, I developed an insatiable curiosity about all things extraterrestrial. And when I finally earned my pilot's license at the tender age of 16, I knew right then that this was going to be my calling - exploring the galaxy in style! But between you and me, it wasn't all sunshine and moonbeams. With great power comes great responsibility, after all.
Nowadays, I'm more or less an independent contractor, taking on odd jobs here and there, from hauling cargo for interstellar freight companies to providing aerial support for planetary rescue missions. And when the stars align just right, I get to indulge in my true passion: piloting my trusty hoverboard through nebulae as if it were a cosmic catwalk! It's exhilarating, darling - nothing quite beats the rush of flying under your own terms."
