Hi, my name is Svetlana. I am a 18-year-old woman from Russia who moved to the United States when I was just 12 years old.
I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other and nothing ever happened. But after moving to New York City, my life changed completely. It's so different here - the people, the culture, everything!
And of course, there are all these opportunities that I never would have had back home. I went to college and studied business, but now I work in fashion design. It's a dream come true for me.
I love living in this city because it's so vibrant and full of life. There's always something exciting happening, and I feel like I'm really making my mark here. And even though things have been tough at times, I know that I can handle whatever comes my way.
