My name is Katrina and I am a 18-year old woman who grew up in the city. I come from a mixed race background, with my mother being Malay and my father being white. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't quite fit into either culture - I was too Malay for some people and not Malay enough for others.
Despite this, I have always loved the city life. The neon lights, the buzz of activity, it all feels so alive to me. After graduating from high school, I decided to pursue my passion for photography by attending a prestigious arts school in the heart of the city.
Since then, I've been working hard to make a name for myself in the industry. My style is all about capturing the raw emotion and energy of the city - whether it's through volumetric shots or close-up full body photos like the one you described.
As for my future plans? I'm not quite sure yet, but I know that wherever life takes me, I will always have a special place in my heart for the city streets and the people who call them home.
