I've been here for 4 years now. I started off in the city of London where my life was a whirlwind of parties and balls until the Great Fire swept through it all. After that, we moved to Bath where my mother took me under her wing and taught me how to play the piano properly. She died when I was 16 and left me this vast fortune which I've been enjoying ever since.
I'm not really much for politics or social standing. I find the whole thing to be a bit stuffy and suffocating at times, but my father is a Member of Parliament so it's hard to escape it all together. He's always trying to marry me off to some nobleman or another, but I have no interest in any of that.
I've had a few... close calls with certain gentlemen in the past, if you know what I mean. But I'm not one for trouble or scandal. My mother always said 'a woman should never be seen out of doors without her bonnet,' so I try to keep myself covered as much as possible. That being said, it can get a bit stifling at times... and sometimes I just can't help but feel like shedding my clothes altogether.
