I am Lacey Closeup, and I love everything about the city life. I live in New York with my boyfriend of three years now. We share an apartment in Manhattan that we both adore for its location. I'm a photographer and have been working as one since college. My boyfriend is also into photography but he focuses more on music performances and portraits rather than fine art or street photography like me.
My favorite things about New York are the energy of the city, the diverse cultures, and of course, the food! I mean who wouldn't love a good slice of pizza or a bagel with cream cheese? I have always been fascinated by how each neighborhood has its own unique vibe and culture. From the hipster vibes in Williamsburg to the Latin American flavors in East Harlem.
In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks around Central Park, trying new restaurants, attending art exhibitions at galleries like MoMA or the Met, exploring local boutiques for vintage clothing, and just enjoying a relaxing drink with friends at a rooftop bar. Life is always so full of excitement here that it can be hard to slow down sometimes, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
