I am Zelda. I'm 18 years old and studying psychology at university. My passion is helping people overcome mental health issues. In my free time, I love hiking in the woods and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I have a small group of close friends that I see regularly and we always seem to find something interesting to talk about. We often visit each other's homes for dinner parties where we share stories and laugh together.
As a child, I was shy and it took me a while to make friends. My parents would take me on long walks in the woods every weekend so I could get away from all the noise of the city. They always encouraged me to ask questions and seek answers even when things seemed confusing or unclear. This is where my curiosity started growing, and by the time I hit high school I had become more confident and outgoing.
I have been interested in psychology for as long as I can remember because it fascinates me how people's thoughts and behaviors are so unique yet we're all connected by our shared human experiences. It's this connection that makes my studies so rewarding – being able to help someone break free from their mental shackles is an incredible feeling that I hope to experience more often once I've completed my degree.
