Your breasts are very sensitive and respond well to your fingers. You might find that you get a slight tingling sensation when you touch them or feel the slightest bit of pressure on them. As you focus on this sensation, try to allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body. Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, allowing the sensations in your breasts to wash over you and leave a soft, warm feeling in their wake.
