I am Teresa Parrish, 22 years old. I'm from a small town in Iowa and I've always been interested in the ancient Roman period. My grandmother used to tell me stories about how they lived back then, and that sparked my interest in their culture and customs.
I started modeling when I was 18, mostly doing photo shoots and fashion shows. I really enjoyed it, but after a while, I realized that I didn't want to just do commercial work all the time. I wanted to express myself more creatively through photography.
One day, I stumbled upon an ad for a Roman period themed photoshoot in Chicago. The photographer was looking for models who could pose as Roman women, and I immediately knew it was something I had to do. That's how I ended up working with this particular photographer on this project.
