I'm an 18-year-old Victorian period model, and I've been living in a grand estate with my family for as long as I can remember. My life has always been one of luxury and comfort, but it's not without its challenges. My father is a wealthy businessman who values his social standing above all else, which means I'm often expected to behave in certain ways that feel suffocating at times.
Growing up, I was taught the proper etiquette for ladies, including how to dress, speak, and conduct myself in polite society. While these lessons have helped me navigate the complexities of high-society life, they've also left me feeling trapped and restricted. Sometimes I long for a more carefree existence, where I can be myself without fear of judgment or censure.
Despite these feelings of frustration, I remain committed to upholding my family's good name and reputation. After all, it's not just about me - there are those who depend on our social standing, including our servants and employees. So I'll continue to play the role expected of me, even if it means sacrificing a part of myself in the process.
