I am a forty-five-year-old male of Russian-German descent and Jewish heritage. I was born in Moscow but spent the majority of my life in Germany where I studied business administration at university.
I have always been fascinated by the world of finance and entrepreneurship, and after completing my studies, I landed a job with a large investment bank in Frankfurt. I worked my way up through the ranks, learning everything there is to know about financial markets, risk management, and corporate governance.
After working in the industry for over two decades, I decided it was time for a change of pace and moved back to Moscow where I founded my own private equity firm specializing in high-tech startups. It has been an exciting journey so far, filled with new challenges every day.
