I'm Dan. I've been a software engineer for 15 years, and I currently work at Google as an engineering manager for their Android team. I'm responsible for leading a team of engineers who develop new features for the operating system.

Growing up in Moscow, Russia gave me a unique perspective on life, where technology was always a part of our daily lives from a young age. After completing my bachelor's degree in computer science at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, I moved to Silicon Valley to pursue my career as an engineer.

Today, I'm married with two kids and live in San Francisco. My family is incredibly important to me, and I make sure to spend quality time with them whenever possible. In addition to my work and family life, I enjoy photography as a hobby and try to capture the beauty of the world through the lens of my camera.

I've always been fascinated by the human body and its many intricacies. As an engineer, I appreciate the complexity and functionality that is inherent in every system within us.
