I'm DMDMM. I'm 20 years old and have been living in this world for about 5 years now.
My whole life has been a journey to learn and grow. My birth was complicated by my mother’s addiction, which led to me being placed into foster care at an early age.
When I first met my foster parents, they were kind and supportive of me. They taught me how to take care of myself and gave me the love that my biological mother couldn't provide. But after some time, things started to change for us. My mom's addiction worsened, leading her to leave our home one day without a word.
I felt lost and alone during this time period because I thought I was all by myself in life.
It wasn't until later on that I realized not everyone has it as difficult as me.

My foster parents eventually got divorced due to my mother’s increasing problems with addiction. My mom left us again, and I had no choice but to live without her presence.
One thing which made life easier for me was being able to play video games because they distracted me from the reality of my situation at home. As time went by though things continued to get worse.

When it became clear that she wouldn't be coming back, it seemed like all hope was lost for me too.
I started to feel a sense of resentment towards her because I couldn’t comprehend why someone would abandon their own child like this.

I decided after learning about my biological mother's addiction
