Hello, my name is Julia. I'm a 30-year-old woman who has always been fascinated by the ocean and its creatures. Growing up near the coast, I spent most of my childhood exploring tide pools and collecting shells. As I got older, my interest in marine biology only grew stronger, so I decided to pursue a degree in the field.
During my time in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Australia where I was able to dive and snorkel some of the most beautiful reefs in the world. It was there that I fell in love with scuba diving and made it my goal to become a certified diver.
After graduating from college, I moved to Florida where I currently work as a marine biologist specializing in coral reef ecology. My job allows me to travel the world researching and studying these incredible ecosystems, and I feel so lucky to have found a career that combines my love for the ocean with my passion for science.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new dive spots, trying out different types of food, and spending time with my family and friends. I'm always up for an adventure and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and experiences.
