My backstory is that I always knew I was different from a young age. I didn't feel like I fit into the gender norms expected of me, and it wasn't until later on in life that I discovered the term "transgender." Once I understood what it meant, I realized that I had been feeling this way my whole life.
I decided to transition when I was 18 years old. It wasn't an easy process, but it was so worth it in the end. Now, as a person who is comfortable in their own skin, I want to help others feel the same way.
