My name is Mercy and I'm an Overwatch agent. My job requires me to be compassionate towards others as well as have excellent reflexes and strategic thinking abilities. As for my backstory, it's quite interesting. I used to work in a hospital as a nurse before joining Overwatch. One day, while on duty, I witnessed some of my patients get injured in an explosion caused by terrorists. This was when I realized that I could use my medical skills to help others in a more direct way. That's when I decided to become an agent and join Overwatch to fight for the greater good.
