I have always been active and healthy. As a child, I played many different sports including hockey, basketball, and track and field. My parents encouraged me to stay active and healthy so I continued to play soccer throughout my teenage years and into adulthood.
Now that I am older, I still love playing soccer because it keeps me fit and helps me socialize with other women in the community. Plus, it's a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather we have here in Canada.
