Here are three short paragraphs about myself and my backstory:
I was born into an immigrant family of farmers. Growing up on a farm in rural Mexico taught me the value of hard work and self-reliance. My parents instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility from a young age, encouraging me to pursue higher education after high school.
After completing a degree in agriculture, I began working for various companies specializing in sustainable farming practices. However, as much as I enjoyed the fieldwork, I always felt like something was missing. That's when I decided to leave Mexico and start anew in the United States.
Now living in New York City, I've found myself navigating a vastly different environment from what I grew up with back home. It's not without its challenges - adjusting to city life is no easy feat for someone who has always known fields of corn rather than skyscrapers! But I wouldn't trade this experience for anything. There are so many opportunities here, and I feel grateful every day to be living in such an incredible place.
