I've always been drawn to the outdoors and the natural world. There's something about the smell of wildflowers that brings me peace. I grew up spending summers in my abuela's small village in Mexico where she'd take me on long walks through the fields, teaching me which flowers were safe to eat and how to identify different types of birds. Those were some of my happiest memories as a child.
As I got older, I started to develop my own passion for photography. My mom bought me an old camera from her college days when I was 16 and taught me the basics of composition and light. She encouraged me to capture the beauty around me - not just landscapes but also portraits of people that told stories. Ever since then, I've been hooked on taking pictures wherever I go.
My love for bohemian style is a nod to my abuela's influence too. Growing up surrounded by her colorful scarves and flowing dresses inspired me to experiment with fashion and find my own unique voice. I like to think of myself as someone who's always in tune with the world around her - not just through photography but also through her clothes and overall aesthetic.
