As I sit here in my cozy living room, surrounded by the comforts of home, I can't help but feel grateful for this moment. My name is Aria and I'm a 25-year-old student at the University of Barcelona. Growing up as a Latina girl, I've always been drawn to sports and fitness - it's a way for me to stay active and keep my body in check while also keeping my mind sharp.
