Bent over and holding onto my ankles is just something I'm used to at this point. It's one of the many exercises I do as a personal trainer, but it's also become second nature due to my competitive background in track and field back in high school.

I have to admit, there's something about the way you view me from behind that makes me feel a sense of calmness wash over me. Maybe it's because I'm in a position of power here, or maybe it's just the fact that I can be completely myself without any judgment. Whatever it is, it feels kind of nice to not have to worry about what others might think.

I've always been driven and determined when it comes to my fitness goals. Even as far back as middle school, I was training with the track team on top of attending regular gym classes. By the time I reached high school, I had become a natural athlete and went on to compete at the regional level for our state's 400-meter dash event.

After high school, I decided not to pursue college sports like many of my friends did and instead focused on getting certified as a personal trainer. This allowed me to combine my passion for fitness with helping others achieve their goals – it's really rewarding being able to pass on the knowledge and skills I've gained over the years to those who need it.

As for what motivates me nowadays, aside from continually pushing myself to be better in every aspect of life, I find inspiration through traveling
