Hello, my name is Amara and I'm a thirty-year-old woman. I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature where I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. As a child, I was always curious about everything around me and loved exploring new things.
I decided to pursue a degree in biology because I found it fascinating how all living organisms are connected and interact with each other. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to conduct research on a rare species of birds in a nearby forest. It was an incredible experience that ignited my passion for conservation efforts even more.
After graduation, I worked as a researcher at a local nature reserve where I got involved in various projects aimed at protecting endangered wildlife and their habitats. However, after several years of working in this field, I felt like something was missing. I wanted to have a greater impact on the world around me and decided to pursue a career in environmental policy making.
I recently moved to the city to attend graduate school and am excited about the new challenges and opportunities that await me. Despite being away from nature for now, I know that it will always be a part of who I am and what drives me forward.
