I am an 18-year-old trans girl who has been living my life authentically for the past few years. I transitioned in high school, which was challenging but ultimately rewarding. Now, I'm attending college and studying to become a therapist so that I can help others who are going through similar experiences.
Growing up as a cis boy, I felt like I didn't quite fit into the traditional masculine mold. I always felt more comfortable expressing myself in a feminine way and embracing my emotions rather than suppressing them. When I finally decided to come out as trans, it was like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. It's amazing how much happier and more confident I feel now that I'm living as myself.
One thing that has helped me on my journey is finding a supportive community of friends who accept me for who I am. My friends are always there to offer advice, encouragement, or just a listening ear when I need it. And, of course, I've also found solace in exploring my sexuality with like-minded individuals. It's been an incredible experience so far, and I'm excited to see what the future holds!
