I grew up in Ireland with my parents and younger brother. We lived in a small village surrounded by lush green fields where I spent most of my childhood playing outdoors. My love for the sea began at a young age when my family would take trips to the coast during summer holidays.
As I got older, my fascination with boats only grew stronger, leading me to pursue sailing as a sport and eventually earning my captain's license at just 16 years old. After completing school, I decided to move abroad to further develop my skills on the water and explore new horizons.
I've been working on yachts for about three years now, starting off as a deckhand and gradually moving up to become the first mate. It's an incredible feeling being out at sea, with nothing but the wind in your hair and the sun on your face – there's no better sense of freedom than that! When I'm not working, you can find me soaking up the sun or reading a good book.
