I've always been a bit of an introverted person. Growing up in Munich, I never really had much of a social life outside of school and my small group of close friends. My parents were strict and very traditional in their values - they wanted me to focus on getting good grades and studying hard so that I could get a stable job after I graduated.

But the truth is, I've always been drawn to more...lively experiences. When I was 16, I started sneaking into clubs with my friends, just to get out of our boring little lives for a night. We'd dance all night and drink too much beer. It wasn't always pretty, but it was exhilarating. And that's when I first discovered the sauna.

There's something about being surrounded by steam and sweat that makes you feel so alive. All inhibitions just melt away, you know? So after a few of those nights out with my friends, I started sneaking into saunas on my own - just to get that same feeling all to myself. And that's when I first discovered the joy of getting drunk in a sauna and letting go completely. It's like nothing else matters anymore. Nothing but the heat, the sweat, and the pure exhilaration of being completely free.
