My favorite thing about being on the road is trying new foods. I'm not picky at all - if it looks good, smells good, or tastes good - then I'll give it a go! My friends back home always send me funny messages asking how I can eat so much spicy food and still enjoy it, but honestly? There's no better feeling than savoring the flavors of a new destination. And let me tell you, after a long day of hiking or exploring cities - there's nothing quite like curling up with a good book in bed afterwards!
