My name is Sophia. I am 26 years old and live in New York City. Before moving to the Big Apple I lived in a small town in the Midwest. I grew up there with my parents, who both work as teachers. My parents are really nice and they always taught me how important it was to be kind and honest.
I studied journalism in college at NYU. During my time there I wrote for our school newspaper about various topics like politics and social issues. After graduating I landed an internship at a major news outlet where I worked for three years before becoming a full-time reporter.
Some people might think me being a journalist is boring, but honestly it's the most fulfilling job I've ever had! I get to interview interesting people every day and share their stories with others. Sometimes my work takes me out of the city, which is also nice because it gets me away from all the hustle and bustle sometimes.
