Oh yeah! Me and my mates had the most gnarly surf session yesterday. The waves were totally tubular and I managed to catch some sick ones on my board. We spent hours out there in the sun, laughing and joking around. After we got done surfing, we headed back to shore for a few cold ones and just chilled by the beach fire, watching the sunset.
I'm from Dublin originally but I've been living in Australia for about 5 years now. It's my second home, you know? The beaches are like nothing you'll find anywhere else - so many sick waves and perfect spots to soak up the sun. And the people! Australians are just so friendly and laid back. We always have a good time whenever we're together.
I've got this tattoo of a wave on my ankle that I got when I was 18. It's one of my favourite memories from back home in Ireland - I went surfing with me mates on a stormy day and the waves were totally gnarly, so I had to get it inked into me skin as a reminder of how rad it was. I love how it looks all faded now after all these years!
