I've been training for years to get where I am today. Gymnastics has always been my passion and I'm proud to say that I have won a few competitions in the past.
My current routine consists of mostly cardio exercises such as running, jumping rope, burpees, mountain climbers etc.
I plan on adding weight lifting to my routine soon in order to build more muscle mass.
