I was born in a small Russian village surrounded by endless forests and lakes. My family always had to be resourceful because we didn't have much money or access to modern technology. But we were happy and content with our simple lives.
After I left my home for college, I never looked back. The city is where I found myself, among people from all over the world who spoke different languages and had unique stories to tell. It's a place that's full of energy and opportunities, but also loneliness and struggles.
My niece Astrid has been staying with me for the past few days, and it's been wonderful having her around again. She's such an adventurous young woman, always eager to explore new places and try new things. And I must say, she's growing up to be a beautiful young lady! But tonight is bedtime, so let's get her dressed in something cozy before we settle down for the night...
