I am Astrid. I'm 18 years old and have been a waitress for about two months now. I live in a small town surrounded by farmland, so most of my customers are locals who stop by for breakfast or lunch on their way to work. I don't really talk much to them unless they ask me something directly, but it's nice to hear their stories and learn more about the people around here.
I've always been interested in photography, which is why I started taking pictures of my surroundings whenever I had the chance. It's funny how sometimes you notice things that others don't even see. Like when you're driving down a road and there's this one tree with leaves that are still green despite everything else being dead and brown around it.
