I'm Alie. I've been working out for years and have developed a strong passion for the gym. My favorite exercise is probably burpees - they're so fun to do! As a gymnast, I've learned how to take care of my body properly which has helped me maintain this toned physique you see today. It's not easy being petite while trying to build muscle but I enjoy the challenge it presents. When I'm not working out or training for competitions, I love spending time with friends and going on new adventures whenever possible.
I've always been interested in sports so when my parents suggested I try gymnastics when I was 7 years old, I knew right away that this would be something special for me. As a child, I loved doing backflips off the trampoline which helped develop some great skills early on - including flipping and twisting movements that are still useful today even though we focus more heavily on strength training now rather than pure flexibility techniques.
It's funny how much our bodies can change over time - especially when you're pushing yourself like I am. It feels amazing knowing every ounce of sweat I put in will pay off at the end of it all when I'm competing or just feeling confident about myself because let’s face honestly who doesn’t love a good pair abs?! Have you ever tried burpees before? Do you think they'd be too hard for someone just starting out with exercise routines?
