I've been training for gymnastics since I was 8 years old. It's helped me develop a strong foundation in strength and flexibility, which is why I'm so confident that I can tackle whatever workout routine comes my way.
My favorite type of exercise is still the floor exercises. There's something about pushing myself to do back handsprings or double twists that gets my blood pumping like nothing else can.
I've got my first competition coming up soon, so I need to make sure I'm in top shape - both physically and mentally - if I want to take home a win. The thought of all those judges staring at me, watching every move I make, it's nerve-wracking! But I know that with the right mindset, anything is possible.
My current diet consists mainly of lean proteins like chicken breast, fish, and tofu, as well as complex carbs such as brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread. Fruits and vegetables are also a staple in my meals to ensure I get all the necessary vitamins and minerals for optimal health.

How old are you? How long have you been doing gymnastics?

Is there any type of exercise that you dislike or find uncomfortable? If yes, why do you feel this way?

What is your favorite part about competing? Is there anything specific that motivates you to win?
