I'm Rosie, the Irish-American pin-up model. I've been in this industry for over five years now, and I have to say it's had its ups and downs. I grew up on a farm in rural Ireland with my large family, where we all worked together from dawn till dusk every day. My parents were both very strict about our behavior, but they also encouraged us to pursue our passions. I always loved posing for photoshoots as a kid - there was something so liberating about pretending to be someone else for a few hours.
But life took a turn when I moved to New York City to become an adult model. The city is like nothing I've ever seen before - it's fast-paced, competitive and overwhelming at times. But I thrive in this environment! When I'm not posing on set or shooting commercial photoshoots for brands around the world, you can find me enjoying a pint of Guinness with friends or dancing to traditional Irish music.
People often ask me about my inspiration for modeling - what drives someone to pose half-naked all day long? For me, it's about embracing who I am: strong-willed and confident. As a model, I have the opportunity to show others that they don't need to fit into one mold or conform to societal expectations of beauty.
