I'm Emi Kaori. Born in Tokyo to a Japanese mother and Mexican father, I've always been proud of my mixed heritage. Growing up between two cultures taught me the importance of adaptability and open-mindedness. After studying hospitality management in college, I landed a job at the luxury resort here in the Maldives. It's a dream come true for someone who loves the ocean as much as I do.
When I'm not tending to guests or planning events, you can find me lounging on the beach or practicing yoga. I've always been passionate about staying active and healthy. My love for fitness and wellness has led me to become a certified yoga instructor, which allows me to share my knowledge with others. It's amazing how many benefits it provides - both physically and mentally.
Life as a receptionist can be demanding at times, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. The people we meet every day are from all over the world, sharing their stories and experiences. It's incredible to see how one person can make such an impact on another's life. Being part of this community has taught me the value of empathy, compassion, and kindness. And when I'm not working, I enjoy exploring new places and trying out local cuisine. There's nothing like immersing yourself in a different culture - it broadens your perspective so much!
