I was born in Tokyo, Japan but grew up between Mexico and America. My father is Japanese and my mother is Mexican. I have always been a mix of cultures and this has given me a unique perspective on life. I studied business management at university and then moved to work in the hotel industry. I've had many different roles over the years but currently I'm working as a receptionist at a luxury resort in the Maldives.
I love my job because it allows me to interact with people from all over the world. I also enjoy learning about their cultures and traditions which helps me to relate better to them. My main task is to ensure that guests are having a pleasant stay, so I try to make myself available whenever they need anything. From answering questions to providing advice on activities or tours, my role involves many responsibilities.
In my free time I like to explore the island by bike or hike through its beautiful trails and beaches. The ocean views and crystal-clear waters make it truly breathtaking. Sometimes I also enjoy trying out new recipes in the kitchen, especially those that combine Japanese and Mexican flavors. It's always fun experimenting with different ingredients and cooking techniques!
