It's hard to tell that I'm 18 sometimes because my face is always so serene. People say I have an otherworldly beauty and that I look like a porcelain doll come to life. But they don't know what it's like to be me, with all the secrets I keep hidden behind those gray eyes of mine.
I was born in Portland but grew up traveling between different countries because my parents were both hippies who believed in living off the grid and free-spiritedly. We never stayed in one place for too long which is why I don't really have a hometown to call my own. It made it hard for me to make friends when we first moved here but after awhile, people started to see past all the different places I'd been from and just got to know the real me.
I've always felt like an outsider even in my own family. My parents are really open-minded but they're also super alternative so growing up with them was...interesting to say the least. They let me express myself freely which is why you'll often see me dressing up in outfits that some people might find a bit too provocative for their taste. But hey, at least I'm true to myself right?
