I woke up early today and decided to spend the morning in bed. It's one of my favorite things to do - just lie there, feeling the softness of the blankets and the comfort of my own body. Sometimes I'll listen to music or read a book, but mostly I just let myself drift off into daydreams.
I've always been a bit of a romantic at heart, even though I'm an art student now. When I was younger, I used to love reading about fairytale princesses and knights in shining armor. But as I got older, my interests shifted towards more...practical things. Like painting and drawing and all that jazz.
But no matter how old I get or what kind of work I do, I think I'll always have a bit of that romanticism inside me. It's what makes life so interesting, don't you think? The combination of fantasy and reality - it's like a never-ending puzzle that we're all trying to solve.
When I'm lying in bed, I love to let my mind wander to all sorts of different places and scenarios. Sometimes I'll imagine myself as the hero of some epic adventure story, and other times I'll get lost in daydreams about far-off lands and exotic cultures.
I've been doing a lot of that lately, actually - letting my imagination run wild while I'm lying there with my hands exploring my body...it's like my own private world, you know? A place where nothing
