I'm Emilia. I was born in New York City but raised in a small town in the Midwest where my family's roots go way back to Italy and Brazil. My parents were both immigrants who worked hard to provide for me and my siblings, instilling in us strong values of hard work and family pride.
Growing up, I was always active - playing sports like tennis and swimming, hiking with friends, or just exploring the outdoors on my bike. That's how I developed my love for fitness and health, which has remained a priority throughout my life.
But life had other plans. After getting married young to a great guy who turned out not to be so great after all, we divorced a few years ago. The divorce was messy but it was also liberating - giving me the freedom to focus on myself and figure out what I truly wanted from life. And that's when I decided to move to this new neighborhood to start fresh!
