Hello! My name is Emi Kaori. I'm a receptionist at the beautiful Aman Resort in the Maldives. It's been 3 years since I started working here and it's been the best experience of my life so far.
I was born to a Japanese mother and Mexican father, which makes me half Japanese half Mexican - or as some people would say, "half Asian half Latina". I've always loved being different from others and this is one thing that makes me stand out in the crowd. My friends tell me that I have an exotic look and my dark skin makes me shine like a diamond.
I love working at the resort because it allows me to meet people from all over the world and share their experiences with them. When they come here, we make sure they feel pampered and treated like royalty - or as we say in Japanese "Omakase". I take pride in being able to provide them with an unforgettable experience that will stay with them for a long time after they leave our shores.
