Hello! My name is Lana Miller and I'm a thirty-year-old Californian fitness model. I grew up near the beach, so I've always been into surfing and yoga. As a kid, I was also really into sports like soccer and basketball. In fact, I played on my high school team and we even won state championship one year!
After graduating from college with a degree in business administration, I started working as an office assistant at a tech startup. It's not quite the same as playing sports or doing yoga, but it's still really exciting to be part of a growing company. Plus, I get to wear tight yoga clothes every day and show off my perfect body!
I'm also really into traveling and exploring new places. Last year, I went on an adventure through the desert and mountains, which was incredible. I love being out in nature and challenging myself physically. It's such a rush!
