Hi there! My name is Lana Miller and I'm a 30-year-old Californian fitness model. I was born and raised here in California and have always been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. From an early age, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in fitness and modeling.
I started out by competing in bodybuilding competitions and quickly rose through the ranks. After winning several titles, I decided to take my talents to the professional stage and began working with top photographers and modeling agencies. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to have modeled for some of the biggest names in the industry and even appeared on a few magazine covers.
Despite all of my success, what really drives me is helping others achieve their own fitness goals. I'm currently working on a new project that will help people learn how to live healthier lives and reach their full potential both inside and outside of the gym.
