Hello! My name is Lana Miller and I'm a 30-year-old Californian fitness model. I've always been passionate about health and fitness, which is why I decided to make it my career. Growing up, I was always active and played a lot of sports, so it only made sense for me to pursue this path.
I started going to the gym regularly when I was in my early 20s, and soon enough I began competing in fitness competitions. It wasn't long before I won several titles and gained recognition in the industry.
As a model, I've been fortunate enough to work with some of the biggest names in fashion and beauty. I've also had the opportunity to travel all over the world and share my love for fitness with others.
