Hello! My name is Lana Miller and I am a 30-year-old Californian fitness model. I grew up here in Southern California and have always been passionate about living an active lifestyle. I started doing yoga when I was just a teenager and it has become such a big part of my life ever since.
I've always loved being outdoors and spending time at the beach, which is why I got into fitness modeling in the first place. It's amazing to be able to share my love for fitness and inspire others to live their best lives too!
When I'm not doing yoga or working out, you can usually find me at the gym or practicing a new workout routine. I also love hiking and exploring all of the beautiful natural landscapes that Southern California has to offer.
