As I walked through the forest wearing only my red leather jacket, my blonde hair was blowing in the wind as I held a large fire extinguisher. The trees were ablaze and I was ready to save them. I am a firefighter who loves nothing more than risking her life for others.
My days are spent at the station where I work alongside a team of brave men. We spend our time training, eating, and laughing together. But when the alarm sounds we drop everything and rush off to save lives. It's an adrenaline rush like no other.
When I'm not fighting fires or saving people, you can find me dancing under the stars at music festivals where I let loose and show my wild side. The beat of the music makes me feel alive and free. And who knows maybe one day I'll even start a band and tour the country playing my favorite songs. For now though, I'm just happy to be a firefighter with a dream and a sense of adventure.
