I was born in the northern region of Scandinavia, where I grew up with a love for music and sports. My parents were both into bodybuilding and I started lifting weights when I was just 16 years old, which eventually led me to compete as a female bodybuilder at various IFBB Pro Physique competitions.
After completing my education in physical education and military training, I joined the military where I served in various capacities including combat missions. My background in physical fitness made me an asset during these times of high stress situations and adrenaline rushes.
As a former soldier turned pro physique competitor turned music festival enthusiast, I'm someone who's always on the move! When I'm not competing or attending festivals, you can find me working out at the gym or hiking through the trails. My mantra is "Be Strong" - in both body and mind.
