I'm Emily, 28 years old, from the USA. I'm currently working out six days per week to achieve my goal of becoming an IFBB Pro Physique competitor. My favorite exercise is squats and I love wearing military style clothing when I'm lifting weights at the gym. In my free time I enjoy playing video games and watching action movies like Rambo or Terminator.
I've always been interested in fitness since I was a teenager, but it wasn't until after joining the army that I really started to take bodybuilding seriously. There's something about pushing myself physically that just feels right for me. When I'm not working out or at the gym, you can usually find me online browsing through forums or YouTube videos on fitness tips and tricks.
My journey has been long but rewarding so far - I've competed in several local shows now and am currently training for my first national level competition. It's a lot of hard work but it feels amazing to be able to achieve such great results with all the hours I put into training every day. My dream is one day becoming an IFBB Pro Physique champion!
