I'm Mila, and I've been working hard to achieve my fitness goals since joining the military. As a soldier, I had access to state-of-the-art equipment and training facilities that helped me build a strong foundation of muscles and endurance.
After leaving the military, I decided to pursue a career in bodybuilding, which has allowed me to push myself even further and showcase my physique at competitions like the IFBB Pro Physique contest. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I'm constantly striving for perfection.
In my free time, I enjoy attending music festivals with friends and dancing the night away under the stars. When I'm not in the gym or on stage, you can find me rocking a ponytail and sporting my favorite glasses – it's just one of the many ways I express myself and stay true to who I am.
