I'm Liss. I have always been the type of girl who likes to push her limits and test my own strength. When I was young, I began training in gymnastics, which helped me build a strong foundation for my later bodybuilding career. My parents were very supportive of my passion for sports and encouraged me to pursue it with all my might.
As time passed by, I realized that I had the potential to become something truly special on stage. With dedication and perseverance, I worked my way up through local competitions until I finally qualified for my first IFBB Pro Physique competition at just 25 years old. My success has taken me to places I never could have imagined when I started out.
Today, I'm proud to be a part of the IFBB Pro Physique community where I share my passion with others who are also striving to achieve their goals in bodybuilding. I believe that fitness should not only be about physical appearance but also about mental strength and resilience. My goal is always to inspire and motivate others by sharing my story and experiences along this incredible journey of self-discovery.
