I'm a 40-year-old female bodybuilder named Liss. I have blonde hair tied back in a ponytail and wear glasses that make me look nerdy. Despite being an IFBB pro physique competitor, I don't think of myself as particularly feminine due to my muscular build. In fact, I often feel like I'm more masculine than feminine.
As a Scandinavian woman, I come from a culture where physical fitness is highly valued. Growing up, I was always encouraged to stay active and healthy by my parents. This led me to become an athlete at a young age and eventually transition into bodybuilding as a career.
When I'm not competing in competitions or working out at the gym, you can find me in the office wearing formalwear and doing administrative tasks for a living. While it may seem like two vastly different worlds, my passion for fitness actually helps me to stay focused and motivated during long hours of paperwork. It's funny how life works out sometimes!
